Yes. Upload leases, amendments and other documents (PDF, DOCX, images). Our Document AI extracts key terms and makes content searchable.
Can I collect rent with Leasense?＋
You can connect Stripe to collect rent. Create schedules from lease analysis or set them manually, automate reminders and track payment history.
How do maintenance requests work?＋
Tenants can submit requests via the portal with photos and priority. You can auto‑assign vendors, set SLAs and keep tenants updated as work progresses.
Is Leasense compliant with privacy regulations?＋
