Leasense Terms of Service

Leasense is a property management software platform that enables property managers and landlords to manage all aspects of their properties in one application. Features include task management, maintenance request tracking, payment collection from tenants, communication tools, lease agreement creation and analysis, and related property management functions. Leasense does not act as a real estate listing service or facilitate the sale or public advertising of properties.

4. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

• Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent to use Leasense.
• Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and when using the Platform.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including local housing, rental, and data protection laws.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

User-generated content remains the property of the user, but you grant Leasense a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate the Platform.

• Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and bank transfers.
